All subscription and services fees paid to ‘Stopless Technology Private Limited’ are Non refundable. We do not provide trading tips nor we are investment advisers. Our service is solely restricted to automated trading application development and Software, deployment and maintenance. All algorithms are based on backtested data but we do not provide any guarantee for their performance in future. The algorithm running in an automated system is agreed with the user prior deployment and we do not take any liability for any loss generated by the same. Past performance of advise/strategy/model does not indicate the future performance of any current or future strategy/model or advise by ‘Stopless Technology’ Trades and actual returns may differ significantly from that depicted herein due to various factors including but not limited to impact costs, expense charged, timing of entry/exit, timing of additional flows/redemptions, individual client mandates, specific portfolio construction characteristics etc. There is no assurance or guarantee that the objectives of any strategy/model or advice provided by ‘Stopless Technology’ Trades will be achieved. ‘Stopless Technology’ Trades or any of its partner/s or principal officer/employees do not assure/give guarantee for any return on the investment in strategies/models/advice given to the Investor. The value of investment can go up/down depending on factors & forces affecting securities markets ‘Stopless Technology’ Trades or its associates are not liable or responsible for any loss or shortfall arising from operations and affected by the market condition.

I have paid the money to ‘Stopless Technology Private Limited’ for Algo Software Subscription of my own. Nobody force me to release the payment. I have not given any money for investment in NSE/BSE or for demat account opening. i.e. I have paid an amount for a software subscription.

I understand that I will get information only on the basis of their software, where ‘Stopless Technology Private Limited’ is not responsible for share market loss due to software, I myself am responsible for any losses happening to me due to market advice.

I have read the terms and conditions of ‘Stopless Technology Private Limited’, specially no refund policy, service fees will not be refunded in any case, either we will change the executive or promote for change the software Strategy.

I am aware that ‘Stopless Technology Private Limited’ is not authorized to handle the demat account as per SEBI guidelines. If I gave any demat account operation transaction rights or passwords to any staff of ‘Stopless Technology Private Limited’ then I am the only responsible for that.

Future I declare that none of the staff of ‘Stopless Technology Private Limited’ gave me any assurance/guarantee of profit in the share market and nobody cheated me and took money via fraud.
